Sponsorship/Donations
This year you have the opportunity to join a proven winner. As a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization, we are seeking sponsorship/donations from various businesses in our communities. This assistance is in the form of tax deductible donations.
The Woodland Park Hockey Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and encouragement of amateur hockey for Woodland Park and the greater Teller County area. WPHA is working in conjunction with the City of Woodland Park Parks and Recreation Department to further develop the hockey programs and ice rink at Meadow Wood Sports Complex.
WPHA is seeking donations for our short and long-term goals as well as funds required to keep our program moving forward. We understand that some businesses cannot give cash donations so we are planning future fundraisers and will post these events on our website as they become available. WPHA would welcome donated goods or services which can be raffled or auctioned to benefit our cause. Please Contact Fundraising Director – Gina Taranto Gina.Taranto@coloradocollege.edu

Giving Kids the Opportunity
The Woodland Park Hockey Association is striving to develop character, integrity, teamwork and above all sportsmanship. We will teach our youth the importance of respect for their coaches, teammates, opposing players and officials. The Association shall educate our membership and the public on the fundamentals and goals of amateur hockey while developing a proud and supportive hockey community.
We are looking to build a solid ice hockey program that will attract all players and put WPHA on the map. There is no reason that with the right attitude, determination and funds we cannot turn our Association and Woodland Park into a great hockey destination.
The Association is working with the City of Woodland Park, T.H.E. Coalition of Teller County and other groups to write and apply for grants for successful funding of our long-term goals. This funding is critical to further develop the current ice rink and property as well as future hockey programs.
